Yes, I obsess over KPIs and ship products at scale — but the thing that drives me is the human story behind every product decision. I'm the kind of PM who codes a prototype on a weekend just to prove an idea, and the kind of teammate who'll call out a bad assumption in a room full of stakeholders — respectfully, but clearly.
The principles I bring to every team, product, and problem
I don't just solve the problem in front of me — I question whether it's the right problem. I bring fresh angles, challenge assumptions, and enjoy turning "that won't work" into "why didn't we do this sooner?"
Creative Thinking4 years of hands-on engineering means I speak fluent developer. I read code, ask the right technical questions, and never hide behind a PRD. I experiment with new tools before recommending them — I need to feel how they work.
Technical DepthI say what I mean and mean what I say — in standups, in stakeholder reviews, and in one-on-ones. I take ownership of failures as readily as successes, and I don't pass the buck when things go sideways.
Trust & OwnershipIf the roadmap is broken, I'll say so. If the sprint goal doesn't make sense, I'll raise it. Honest, direct feedback — delivered with respect — is more valuable than comfortable silence. I'd rather fix it early than apologise late.
Radical CandourMy managers say I'm reliable. My direct reports say I'm a great mentor. My peers say I make tough sprints easier. I genuinely care about the people I work with, and I believe the best products are built by teams that trust each other.
